Alicia Aeziman has a long history in executive search. She conducted local and national searches within a variety of industries and functional disciplines during her time at generalist firms in Minneapolis and Chicago. Fascinated by the industry and aware that she could bring something new and innovative to it, Alicia then launched ADA Executive Search in 2000.
Alicia has an entrepreneurial spirit and she wanted to create a firm that met her high standards and personal honor code. Over time she built up the firm to successfully serve many high-profile clients, all while maintaining the high quality that she envisioned.
